The magic of Chianti in a Gorgeous Location
The whole experience of the Estate: after a walk in the lush gardens of the Castle you will cross the secrets of the underground cellars until you reach the warmth of the Hosteria where a complete lunch with a traditional menu of the Tuscan countryside combined with the most prestigious wines from our cellar will wait upon arrival.
Guided tour in small accompanied groups to the Renaissance gardens of the Castle and to the historical aging Cellars built directly into the hill below it.

The Paired Menu
Tuscan PDO ham, wild boar salami, head cheese with lemon zest, finocchiona, crostino with lard from Val di Greve. Tasting of “Balsamico Verrazzano” on pecorino (sheep cheese) and organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Castello di Verrazzano.
Pasta with tomato and Chianti herbs.
Grilled sausages and ribs with side dishes from our garden.
«Last but not least» Dolce di Fattoria and Cantuccini with almonds and coffee.
