Meeting with our chef who will guide you in the preparation of one of the most famous Italian dishes in the world, Lasagna. You will then learn to roll the fresh pasta and to prepare the meat sauce and the béchamel for the realization of the dish. Our Chef will also teach you how to prepare famous Italian desserts (Panna Cotta, Chocolate Pudding, Tiramisu, etc.)
Lunch that includes appetizers based on local cold cuts and cheeses, lasagna prepared by the participants, 1 glass of wine, dessert, water and coffee.
Find out how to prepare homemade pasta easily and successfully !! With only flour, water and eggs we will teach you the secrets of making fresh pasta to prepare LASAGNE in an enchanting place immersed in the suggestive hills of Chianti.
During the 3 hours we will make fresh pasta, the meat sauce and the béchamel necessary for the preparation of the best lasagna you will ever taste. Back home you will amaze your friends and relatives with one of the best dishes of Italian cuisine. At the end of the lesson you will receive the recipes to reproduce at home with your friends and family. Your dietary needs are not a problem for us: our courses are also vegetarian, vegan, gluten and / or lactose free on request and always with local, fresh and seasonal ingredients.
The course will complete with the creation of one of the best Italian desserts (panna cotta, tiramisu, chocolate pudding)
Then you will discover how to compose a few simple ingredients (eggs, sugar, mascarpone, bitter cocoa, coffee and Pavesini) to create a delicious and unique dessert for its flavor: the celebrated Tiramisù.
Recipes will be provided to you after class, making sure you can recreate these two simple delights in your home as well.
